- Contact A Room With A View - They will secure the lowest rates within walking distance of The Westin Hotel. A Room With A View can be reached at 1-800-780-4343. International Attendees can easily request information at ARWAV@charter.net. This is a FREE SERVICE for all SER attendees.
The Westin Seattle, 1900 Fifth Avenue, Seattle, Washington is the front door to downtown shopping, attractions, dining and the vibrant theater district. The hotel is just steps away from Pike Place Market and the Space Needle.
The single/double guestroom rate is $195.00 plus 15.6% sales tax. Each additional person is $30 plus sales tax. A personalized web site has been created for the Annual Meeting. Guests can access the site at any time to learn more about the event and to book or modify a reservation. Cut off date to reserve a room at the conference rate is May 27 or until the room block is full.

WestinWORKOUT® Gym is The Westin Seattle’s complimentary 24-hour fitness facility. With treadmills, elliptical trainers, step machines, and bikes that all face personal flat-screen televisions, your workout is sure to fly by. A variety of body toning weight machines and free weights are available, as well as towels and headphones.
Smoking Policy
