Advertising at SER 2012

SER will be offering several different options for advertising at our meeting in Minneapolis, Minnesota, June 27-30, 2012. The meeting will be held at the Hyatt Regency Minneapolis.

Ads in Conference Program

If you wish to place an ad in the Conference Program book, below are the options. Only black and white, copy ready ads will be accepted.

Deadline: May 28th. (payment and ad copy must be received by this date in order to have ad included in program book)

• 1/4 page ad - $200
• 1/2 page ad - $400
• Full page ad - $800

Flyers inserted in Conference Bag*

We are also offering the opportunity to place a flyer in the Conference bag. The fee is $100 to insert one flyer. The flyer can be a brochure, trifold, or flat 8 1/2 X 11 size.

Deadline: June 1st. (payment must be received by this date in order to include flyer in conference bag)

(*Company is responsible for supplying flyers for the bags and having them shipped to the conference hotel between the dates of June 24th and June 26th)
