The Society for Epidemiologic Research is excited to announce that our 41st annual meeting will be held in Chicago, Illinois, June 24 (eve) - 27, 2008.

We would like to invite you to participate at this meeting.  The exhibit fees are $400 for non-profit organizations and $800 for all others.  If you would like to have a tabletop exhibit, please sign and return the Contract for Tabletop Exhibit Space by June 3, 2008.  All fees must be received prior to June 3, 2008 or exhibit space may not be available.

We expect between 700-800 research professionals and other health care professionals with an interest in epidemiology to attend.  Presentations will focus on new and ongoing research. 

The Society for Epidemiologic Research is being held at the Hyatt Regency Chicago.  The hotel is located at 151 Wacker Drive, Chicago, IL 60601.  Reservations are available on line by following this link.

The Hyatt Regency Chicago is offering special room rates for SER conference attendees of $189  single and $214 double occupancy, plus tax.  The room block is limited, so be sure to make your reservations as soon as possible.

Tabletop exhibits only.

Refreshment breaks will be set up near this area to facilitate interaction between the exhibitors and participants.  Because the participants will be moving through the exhibit area during the day and night, security regarding computers or other valuable items is the responsibility of the exhibitor.

The registration fee includes one representative, continental breakfast, breaks, and most conference materials.  Any additional representatives will need to register separately at the early member rate.
