The registration fee includes: attendance at all conference sessions; conference materials; continental breakfasts and refreshments. Registration may be completed by mail, fax, or internet. Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of the completed registration form. Payment can be made via check, MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express. Payment for early or late registration must be received prior to admittance to the meeting. |
