Annual Meeting - Exhibitor Information

General Information:

We expect attendance of 700-800 research professionals and other health care professionals with an interest in Epidemiology. Presentations will focus on new developments and ongoing research.

Exhibit Space

Tabletop exhibits only.
Refreshment breaks and poster boards will be set up near this area to facilitate interaction between the exhibitors and participants. Because of participants moving through the exhibit area during the day, security regarding computers or other valuable items is the responsibility of the exhibitor.

One representative is included in the exhibitor fee. Any additional representatives need to register separately. The registration fee includes one representative, continental breakfast, breaks, and all conference materials. Any additional representatives will need to register separately at the early rate of $325.

Shipping Instructions:

Vendors must ship all freight through Brede Exposition Services.  Please do not ship directly to the hotel, as all packages will be turned over to the drayage company assigned to the meeting.  Specific shipping details will be mailed upon receipt of application.
